Websupport is the largest hosting services provider in Slovakia, expanding across Europe. Scaling into new markets called for an identity that felt both friendly and confident - and distinctive enough to stand out in a technical, commoditised category. GoBIGNAME created a new, award-winning visual identity built around a simple, hero-like mascot designed to carry a powerful message with warmth. From that humble but powerful character, we connected a fluent device with the brand symbol to create consistency across the whole identity. The familiar 'www' of the world wide web, together with Websupport's logo, was combined with the fluent device's mouth - a small, ownable detail that ties the system together. The result is a memorable, award-winning brand that helps Websupport stand apart as it grows from a Slovak leader into a European hosting player.
